Zur Erhöhung der Sicherheit wird ab dem 17. November 2025 die Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (2FA) verpflichtend aktiviert.
2FA schützt Ihr Konto zusätzlich zum Passwort durch einen zweiten Faktor – zum Beispiel einen Code aus einer Authenticator-App wie Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator oder Keeper.
1. Nach der Passworteingabe werden Sie automatisch zur 2FA-Seite weitergeleitet.
2. Scannen Sie den bereitgestellten QR-Code mit Ihrer Authenticator-App.
3. Die App generiert alle 30 Sekunden einen neuen 6-stelligen Code.
4. Geben Sie dort den aktuellen Code aus Ihrer App ein, um den Login abzuschließen.
Tipp: Authenticator-Apps sind kostenlos im App Store (iOS) und im Play Store (Android) verfügbar.
